Customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return product to Hunter Industrial. All
costs of the return are the responsibility of the Customer. No product may be returned without prior authorization from Hunter Industrial. Contact Hunter Industrial customer service (844-593-FANS) or your sales representative to request a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) and to receive shipping instructions. Upon approval from customer service, the Customer should ship the product in its original package to the approved address for returns. For unopened packaging, Customer shall pay Hunter Industrial a 20 percent restocking fee. For opened packaging, Customer shall pay Hunter a 40 percent restocking fee.
Customer Claimed Defective Product – Hunter Industrial reserves the right to inspect all returned product to determine if it is defective. If defective, shipping charges will be paid by Hunter Industrial and no re-stocking fee will apply.
Incorrect Product – If a Hunter Industrial product recommendation is based on information provided by the Customer, Customer bares all responsibility for costs related to product returns and exchanges if caused by inaccuracies between the Customer provided field installation requirements and the actual field installation requirements.
