If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan, you can still return it. Here’s our return policy:
- Returns are allowed within 45 days from the date of delivery.
- All costs of the return, including shipping costs and freight insurance, are your responsibility.
- No product may be returned without prior authorization from Hunter. Contact Hunter customer service (844-591-FANS) or your sales representative to request a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) and to receive shipping instructions.
- You must ship the product in its original packaging to the approved address for returns.
- You are responsible for risk of loss and product damage due to shipping.
- For unpacked product, you will receive a full refund within 45 days of Hunter receiving the returned product.
- For product that has been unpacked but not installed, you will be charged a 40% restocking fee. This fee compensates for the inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the item.
- Hunter will not accept returns for product that has been installed, used, or damaged.
- Residential fans are excluded from this return policy. Please refer to the residential return policy for more information.
