To start a return, contact Hunter customer service at (844) 591-FANS or your sales representative to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and shipping instructions. Returns must be requested within 45 days of delivery and cannot be accepted without prior authorization. To initiate a return or your fan or a defective product, please complete the form on this page. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all return shipping costs and risk of loss the responsibility of the customer. Residential fans are excluded and follow a separate return policy.
